Do I have to pay to be listed?: No. Every venue, attraction, and event in the Shenandoah Valley is free to be listed and is organically ranked based on relevance. We only charge for enhanced features and visibility boosts.
How does sponsored placement work?: Sponsored Picks appear as a clearly labeled “Sponsored” card alongside organic listings — capped at one per category/region. Sponsored picks never appear in our Build My Day planner, which stays organic-only to keep recommendations trustworthy.
What payment methods do you accept?: All major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payments are processed and tax is calculated automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled from your dashboard at any time — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What if I'm not the business owner?: You can still submit corrections, new listings, and report closures through our community submission form. Only verified owners can purchase Enhanced Listings.
