Wilson Hall, named in honor of President Woodrow Wilson, is a distinguished building located on the Quad at James Madison University. This iconic structure houses a large auditorium capable of seating 1,233 individuals, making it a significant venue for campus events and performances. Historically, its cupola offered views stretching to Staunton, President Wilson's birthplace, connecting the building to its namesake in a unique way. Beyond its function as a performance space, Wilson Hall provides inviting and airy study areas on both its first and second floors. These spaces are furnished with a variety of seating options, including easy chairs, couches, and tables, catering to different study preferences. For collaborative work, the second floor features a dedicated room (Wilson 2032) with ample windows, accommodating up to six people, which can be reserved or used on a first-come, first-served basis if unoccupied.
