Discover V2 Raw Bar, an integral part of the Village Square Restaurant, nestled within Winchester's historic district. While the Village Square Restaurant itself opened its doors in 2003, V2 Raw Bar and Crafted Cocktails emerged two years later in 2005, expanding into the adjacent building. This expansion introduced a distinct bar and lounge atmosphere, complete with several private dining rooms. V2 Raw Bar boasts a comprehensive selection of spirits, with a particular emphasis on bourbon and whiskeys, complemented by its raw bar offerings. The building housing V2 Raw Bar carries its own rich history, having previously been home to Miller's Drug Store, which was once recognized as the oldest continuously operating drug store in the United States. Adding to its intrigue, the rear room of V2 was once a clandestine speakeasy during Prohibition. Both the original restaurant building and the V2 Raw Bar building exude a unique charm, layered with tales from their past, providing a distinctive backdrop for a casual dining experience featuring contemporary American cuisine with international influences.

We do not offer any on site parking. The lot behind our restaurant is reserved for tenants in the apartments above the restaurant. Park at any Auto Park located around the walking mall, the closest one to our restaurant is on Braddock Street. There is also metered street parking available.
