Three Notch'd Brewing Co. began in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2013 with a simple belief that the best beer moments happen when people come together. The brewery was founded by three friends who believed great beer should be fresh, flavorful, and shared. Named after the historic Three Notch’d Road that connected communities across Virginia, the brewery quickly became known for its award-winning beer, creative food, and welcoming spaces where everyone belongs. Many of their locations brew beer on-site, ensuring the freshest possible pours for patrons. You can explore a diverse range of beers, including year-round flagships, the rotating Gose series, seasonal releases, the single-hop hazy IPA Nephology series, limited releases, and the Declaration of Hops series for IPA lovers. They also feature a Collaboration Collection, celebrating the spirit of brewing with friends. In addition to their fresh beer, select Three Notch'd locations also house Three Notch’d Distilling Co., where they produce small-batch spirits used in their cocktail programs. Everything created, from the brewhouse to the stillhouse, is crafted with a commitment to quality and is meant to be shared.
