The property's impressive 288-foot barn, originally a riding and training space, has been thoughtfully transformed into an event venue, featuring hand-hewn timber, mountain views, and modern comforts perfect for weddings, receptions, conferences, and private parties. The farm's own artisanal water source is fundamental to Stable Craft's beer, Hermitage Hill Cider, and Stable Craft Soda. The destination expanded significantly in 2019 with the addition of a taproom and agri-pub restaurant, and further in 2020 with overnight guest suites.
