The Kibler Library, officially known as the William "Bill" Kibler Memorial Library, is an independent, volunteer-operated public library serving the community of Stanley, Virginia, and the surrounding Page County. This "Best Little Library in Virginia" boasts a collection of over 15,000 items, including fiction and nonfiction books for adults and children, local history and genealogy materials, DVDs, and the entire existing collection of the *Page News & Courier* dating back to the late 1800s. Visitors can browse and reserve books online for easy pickup, ensuring access to a wide array of reading materials. The library offers a variety of free services to its patrons, such as computer use (with seven internet-accessible computers for adults and two dedicated for children with educational programs), copying, faxing, and printing. It is staffed almost entirely by community volunteers, reflecting its grassroots origins. The library also hosts engaging children's programs, including "Story Time" every Wednesday at 10:30 am, featuring stories and creative crafts, and "Time for Rhythm & Rhyme" every third Tuesday of the month at 10:30 am, designed for infants, young children, and their caregivers to enjoy music, songs, and movement.
