On Saturday, September 26th we will host our first ever Sound Bath experience in Grand Caverns. This unique experience will be led by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations. Using singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more Greg will lead this class through a sound meditation session. The sounds from these instruments have been known to help the mind move into more relaxed states, and Greg is an experienced practitioner who has been leading meditation classes for over 10 years. Along with the meditative quality of this experience, it is often reported to have additional wide-ranging benefits such as pain relief, improved sleep, and more. It is an experience that is hard to describe yet offers unique effects for each attendee. All happening in the completely unique and amazing setting of the Cathedral Hall room inside Grand Caverns.
