Purpose and Duties The Board advises County and Town government on matters affecting public transportation policies, programs, and transit services. They encourage high ridership on the Culpeper Connector and the County Express and solicit financial support from businesses and the civic community. They maintain the bus services and advise the Board of Supervisors and Town Council on the bus’s operations. Length of Term The Board members serve a four-year term.
